I'm going to assume that you used the PBS files to determine that, yet when I searched with the PBS files I downloaded, after episode 18 was released, Taka's Chatot had 252 special attack EVs, like normal.
I've seen other people over at reddit mention that too. I remember a few videos ago (2 or 3, I think), you mentioned how Taka's Chatot had a special attack overflow.
